We'd rather show you the real research than a cherry-picked percentage. Here's exactly what's in each formula, what the studies looked at, and where the evidence has limits.

A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of 120 Korean women aged 35 to 70 with bladder symptoms. Participants took 1 g a day of a pumpkin seed and soy germ extract blend, or a placebo, for 12 weeks. Compared with when they started, the women taking the blend reported fewer daytime and nighttime bathroom trips, less urgency and fewer leaks. No adverse events were reported.
The honest caveats: the placebo group also improved on several measures, the study used a specific branded extract at 1 g a day, and it was funded by the ingredient maker. Our Day formula uses pumpkin seed and soy germ extracts in a different form and amount, so we don't claim those results for our product.

Botanical studies in this area typically run 8 to 12 weeks, and benefits build gradually. That's why we suggest a full 12-week routine and back it with a 120-day guarantee.
Unhurried is a dietary supplement. It isn't a medicine and it isn't a substitute for care. Pelvic floor physical therapy and, for many women, vaginal estrogen are well-established options for menopause-related bladder changes. Ask your clinician about them. See a doctor promptly for pain, burning, blood in your urine, fever, sudden changes, or numbness or weakness.
